Are you a builder partner in West Virginia?

Intercoastal Mortgage, LLC requires copies of your proper contractor license, master general liability insurance with workers compensation coverage (we must be added as additional insured and the subject property added to the policy prior to loan closing), and proposed draw schedule for approval.

  • All draws are requested through the BUILT servicing platform.
  • You will receive an invitation from BUILT via email within the first several weeks after settlement to activate your account. After your account is activated, you can access BUILT anytime here: https://id.getbuiltcom/.
  • It will be required for you to access BUILT through the Intercoastal Mortgage LLC invitation email.
  • Email with your request, and be sure to include the property address, borrower name, the amount of the draw being requested, your contact information and wiring instructions.
